Hello Effingham County!
We are Ricky & Ivy Eilerman! We are the owners of The Railyard in Springfield! We have been blessed to have the opportunity to share our ideas and visions with a little town that is thirsty for something new and different! We are proud to operate 13 Stars, What The Effingham & The Railyard.
There’s also an adorable AirBnB in the heart of downtown Springfield as well that we would love for you to stay at or encourage your family to!
We love seeing and being a part of the growth that is happening in our community! None of this would be possible without the amazing amount of community support we have received from you, The City of Springfield, and other businesses owners on Laurel Street such as the Moncrief and the Carlson families.
We just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has been supportive of us! We love you and we hope to keep working hard to help in some small way to make & keep Springfield a wonderful place to be! As someone who grew up here, it is especially exciting to be a part of this!

The gray caboose
Rent 13 Stars for your event, and rent the Gray Caboose for you and your guests for an overnight stay! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home was originally built in the 1900’s and renovated in 2022. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom! The home has a large kitchen & dining room. The backyard is spacious and fenced in with huge, beautiful oak trees and a swing! Walk to 13 Stars!
